Core Technology Ventures, CoreTec, is pleased to announce its participation in a 30-partner consortium of industry stakeholders which has won a 3 year, EU €4.5m project to audit Europe’s Hydrogen and fuel cell capability.
CoreTec is the consortium’s only finance industry participant
As well as Core Technology Ventures, the consortium includes: Airbus, Air Liquide, Air Products, Daimler Chrysler, Fiat (Centro Riecerche), Gaz de France, NorskHydro, The Kurchatov Institue, Risø, Volvo (Tech Research) and Ricardo Plc.

CoreTec announces Dresdner Kleinwort’s flotation of fuel cell business IdaTech Plc in London (AIM: IDA) raising £17m.
Subsequent to CoreTec’s role in introducing Idatech LLC to Investec which resulted in a successful acquisition, CoreTec continued to support Investec with introductions to specialist investment banking & other flotation related advisers for IdaTech’s IPO. CoreTec also introduced IdaTech to the pre-eminent sector expert Dr. Alan Lloyd as a non-executive director. Dr Lloyd is the former Chairman of the Californian Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
